The conference will take place in Bucharest, which is the capital and the largest city of Romania, as well as its cultural, industrial, and financial center. The city is located in the southeast of the country on the banks of the Dambovita River, less than 60 km (37.3 mi) north of the Danube and the Bulgarian border. Economically and culturally, Bucharest is the most prosperous city in Romania, with numerous universities, educational institutes, convention facilities, and cultural venues.

Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University of Bucharest (DCCU) is a private, autonomous, higher education and scientific research institution. DCCU has successively obtained the highest accreditation in the Romanian educational system (2010-2015, 2015-2020). DCCU’s main campus is in Bucharest, Splaiul Unirii no. 176. The University rhythmically organizes international events and conferences on law, civilization studies, social sciences, business and development.
